Castle Farm is a small breeding operation dedicated to the pure spanish Andalusian. We breed for temperament, trainability and aptitude for dressage. Our foals are imprinted at birth, and handled daily. Our foundation broodmare, Catrina TSF is an exceptional mover and is being campaigned by Kim Briele, a professional dressage trainer and judge. We are proud to offer Alano for sale. He is a coming 3 year old grey gelding who has the amazing Andalusian temperament and athleticism to excel in any discipline. He is from National Champion bloodlines and bred for dressage. Alano means handsome in spanish, and he lives up to his name. He has been in professional training and has been started lightly under saddle after a classical start of lunging for 3 months under saddle. He ground ties, cross ties, loads, bathes and has no vices. He is great for the vet and farrier. Alano is sweet, gentle and inquisitive and will make a willing and attentive partner. He will be sold with a right of first refusal contract. Asking $19,500, which will increase with his training. Board and transportation can be arranged.
